As per CBSE guidelines, Swami Ram Tirtha Smart school promotes environmental awareness by integrating Environmental Education in to Subjects like Science and Social Science. The school conducts Plantation drives during Van Mahotsav, observes World Environment Day, Earth Day, Prepares a Green Audit Report Card, organizes activities such as Poster making, Slogan writing, Speeches and Discussions to Sensitise students towards environmental protection, Cleanliness, energy conservation, Water saving and plastic reduction are encouraged as part of daily School practices.

During the academic session 2025 – 26, the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) worked in close Coordination with the school for the academic progress and overall development of students. Regular PTA meetings were held to discuss academic performance, examination patterns, discipline, attendance, health and student well being. Special focus is given to remedial classes for academically weak students, and Counselling of weak and behaviourally Challenging students was conducted in consultation with parents. Parents shared Constructive feedback and suggestions related to teaching – Iearning practices, cleanliness, infrastructure and school facilities, which were considered by the school, The PTA also supported school programmes and awareness session on digital safety, value education and healthy habits, thereby strengthening effective communication and co-operation between parents and teachers.
